I dream a dream of better things,
Like fairies and sweet, brave kings.
I dream of unicorns, and a moon of cheese,
Of princesses and money trees.
Of golden castles with chocolate motes,
And princes that write love notes.
I dream of sunsets orange and gold,
Of dinosaurs centuries old.
I dream of adventure, of having wings,
Of flying with bluebirds and hearing them sing.
I dream of rainbows, of silvery stars,
Of friendly people that live on Mars.
I dream of glitter, of hugs and smiles,
Of children giggling that can be heard for miles.
I dream the best of dreams,
And it makes me childish so it seems.
